NanoCeram® Pleated Filter Cartridges provide unusually high flow rates, yet provide extremely efficient filtration solutions for a myriad of applications. Whether used in the field, in a pre filtration mode for ultra-pure water systems, to produce laboratory or process water, in commercial/industrial water treatment, as a microbiological sampler, or as a stand-alone filtration device, a NanoCeram® filter performs at a level never before believed possible. he NanoCeram® electropositive technology accomplishes this by delivering the low pressure-drop (∆P) associated with a 2 µ - 3µ filter, yet achieving a removal efficiency of 99.9% for 0.2µ particles. When this patented technology is incorporated into a pleated cartridge, the additional surface area which pleating affords results in a dirt-holding capacity far exceeding other filter medias up to 25 times greater*. In fact, the filter media in a standard NanoCeram® cartridge can capture and retain an amount of particulate which is 3.5 times its own weight. |

Argonide Corporation, a Florida based company, has announced the award of a Phase III SBIR (Small business grant) to develop a low pressure drop HEPA. HEPA (High Efficiency Particle Air) filters are defined as those capable of removing 99.97% of particles that are 0.3 microns in size. |

 Filter Performance Five Month Test Results- As promised, Here are my test results after 5 months of filter use. Our water is still running clear and not yellow. It continues to have no odor at all, e.g.: chlorine, rotten eggs, etc.- which is typical of our municipal water. Our laundry has been white. A few weeks ago I realized that the filter may need to be changed. Our water began to have a yellow haze and our showers and toilets needed to be brushed more often. But I did find a major benefit that I had not noticed. Prior to having our NanoCeram filter system, I had always needed to use distilled water since my iron would leak rust. After our system was installed, I was able to use the water directly from my tap. There was no rust or calcium deposits at all. The filter saved us from having to buy bottled water. Now after 5 months of great water through our house, It seemed our bad water was beginning to return again. Argonide provided us with the new filters and the yellow was gone by the next day. I couldnt wait to change the filter. Both my husband nor I had realized how spoiled we had become having great water throughout our home. I can now say that after all the other filters we tried in the past, NanoCeram was able to remove what our other filters could not. Hello, My name is Cindi Knispel. I am the Argonide E-Commerce Manager and company website designer. I spend a great amount of time publishing new product information to introduce the NanoCeram® line of filters to consumers. Each day, I find that I am bombarded by filter manufacturers all claiming to have the best filter and the perfect solution to water purification. After a few minutes, I became totally confused and all the products seemed to be the same. Who do I believe? I now understand how difficult it may be to choose the correct filter for my home.
